Sales Engineer (Elevator Industry)

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field.
Must have sales experience in the elevator industry.
At least 1-2 years of sales experience in construction, elevators, or any related industry.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and coordinate project documentation.
Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

Job Description:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
Conduct market research to generate leads and build a strong customer pipeline.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver product presentations to prospective clients.
Conduct site inspections to understand client requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions.
Prepare accurate quotations, cost proposals, and contract documents.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
Coordinate project orders with factories and ensure timely processing.
Liaise with clients and internal teams regarding shop drawings, project progress, and installation requirements.
Monitor project quotations, sales orders, billing, collections, and overall project status.
Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure timely collection of client payments.
Arrange performance bonds and other project documentation when required.
Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Prepare regular sales and project status reports for management.
Perform other duties assigned by the company.
